This screen is the Modify Listing screen. Here you can modify all the details of your listing. Preview - This option will open a new window with a preview of what your listing will look like on your site. Edit Images - This will take you to the Image Manager for your listing. Edit Virtual Tour - This will take you to the Virtual Tour Manager for your listing. Edit Files - This will take you to the File Manager for your listing. Listing Details - The fields on the right side of the screen are your listing details. These fields are the fields are defined in the Listing Template and can be edited to suit your particular needs. Items with an * next to them are REQUIRED and must be filled out or you will be unable to save your changes. Once you have entered all your listing information to your satisfaction you will need to click on the Submit button to save the changes. Many of the fields may be setup as a specific data type. For example, the zip code is setup as a numerical field. If you put an incorrect data type into these fields you will receive an error message popup window and have to correct those fields. Export to MLS - This option appears on every listing unless it's disabled in the site configuration. This feature is not yet implemented and is NOT a part of the MLS systems used by realtors. This feature is planned to allow you to export listings to another site using Open-Realty thus creating your own sort of Multiple Listing system. |
