TransparentMaps Install Guide

1. Upload the transparentmaps folder into your /addons directory.

     A. Do NOT rename the folder it must be named transparentmaps.
     B. Upload the files in binary format not ascii or your admin page will not display.

2. Open your Open-Realty admin screen.

3. Click on the TransparentMaps icon.

4. Enter your License Key. (License key will be sent to you with your copy of TransparentMaps)

5. Click Continue.

If you make a typo when entering the license and get an license error, do the following.

1. Go back to your Open-Realty admin screen.

2. Look at the location bar in your web browser, you will see an URL something like this: http://www.yourdomain.com/admin/index.php

3. Change the URL in the location bar by adding "?action=addon_transparentmaps_show_license_screen" after the index.php. (Do not add the quotes they are only to show you what to add.)

Latitude & Longitude Fields

The installer automatically checks your existing listing fields for Latitude and Longitude fields. If you want to use existing listing fields for your latitude and longitude data then they must be configured as data types of "Latitude" and "Longitude" otherwise the installer will not recognize them. The installer will create its own Latitude and Longitude fields if it does not locate existing fields. If you want to change the fields that are being used you must set the new fields as Latitude and Longitude data types and delete the duplicate fields so that only one Latitude and one Longitude field exists in your listing fields.

You must have a Latitude and Longitude listing field in order for TransparentMaps to function properly
